CBS' The Bold and the Beautiful has had strong ratings as of late, but it hasn't had a lot of hope. Well, Hope Logan, that is. But that's about to change, as former portrayer Kim Matula (Hope Logan) is heading back to the soap for a brief appearance.
According to Soap Opera Digest, the actress -- who last aired as the character on December 12 -- will be returning to the B&B set on Wednesday, March 4, to film scenes for an upcoming episode.
The last time viewers saw Brooke's daughter, she was headed to Europe for some alone time following the miscarriage of her and Wyatt's (Darin Brooks) baby. Before she left, however, she shared an emotional goodbye with Liam (Scott Clifton). Will Hope's return be related to Bill's son, who currently has his hands full with girlfriend Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) and ex-girlfriend Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)? Or might her return have something to do with her mother, who's been making quite a ruckus in town with her drunken antics? Looks like viewers will have to stay tuned to find out.
In other news, Matula's tape date reportedly coincides with Linsey Godfrey's (Caroline) return following her recovery from injuries she sustained after being hit by a car on February 2. Godfrey tweeted a thank you to her followers for their support and added, "Yes, I'm headed back to work for a day this week and I'm very excited!"
