The Bold and the Beautiful fans will be getting just what they wished for this holiday season because Hunter Tylo is reprising her role as Dr. Taylor Hayes.
The actress has been continuously teasing a return for the past couple of weeks on social media, starting when a fan commented on Bill Spencer's (Don Diamont) custody battle with ex-wife Katie (Heather Tom) and the interference made by the Forrester brothers Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and Thorne (Ingo Rademacher).
Seeing the comment, Tylo joked: "Think I need to go straighten these people out?"
Shortly after, the actress made another comment to a fan who said the show is no longer watchable.
"Start watching again," Tylo teased. "The holidays are looking bright."
And finally, in a Twitter post that has created a wave of excitement from fans, she delivered some more solid news, writing: "Happy Pre-Thanksgiving. Make sure to stuff yourself because you're going to stay glued to your TV for the rest of the entire holiday season if you're watching #BoldandBeautiful #HunterTylo #Tridge #WayneBrady"

Tylo originated the role of Taylor in 1990 and has played the character on-again, off-again since that time. Her most recent return to the canvas happened back in April, when she made a complete surprise return to the CBS soap, much to the delight of viewers, who were stunned to learn she was Bill's shooter.
There's no news on how long Tylo will be on the canvas this time around, but fans of the Texas native are praying it'll be the Christmas gift that keeps on giving.
What do you think about Tylo returning to B&B? What kind of storyline do you think brings the doctor back to the canvas? We want to hear from you -- so drop your comments in the Comments section below, tweet about it on Twitter, share it on Facebook, or chat about it on our Message Boards.
