The Bold and the Beautiful fans were swept away by the talents of Adam Gregory when he played the role of Thomas Forrester from 2010 to 2014. But nowadays, the actor is hoping to sweep people away with his photography talents -- and he's off to a good start by shooting a campaign for Promise to Talk, a movement connected to the mental health initiative Each Mind Matters.
Gregory took to social media to share that he has partnered up with the California organization, which aims to unite millions of individuals who share a vision of improved mental health and equality for all. Launched in May 2015, the Each Mind Matters effort encourages community members to talk openly and honestly about mental health and provides information, resources, and tools to help people start conversations in a safe way. Doing so leads to early support and help that reduces needless suffering and saves lives. The campaign also asks community members to "Promise to Talk," which is the offshoot Gregory was chosen to help promote.
"Being able to work on something incredibly meaningful AND meeting awesome new people! The most comfortable I've ever felt is when I'm behind a lens, not as much in front of it. When I started shooting professionally 2 years ago I haven't looked back since!!" the actor shared on Instagram. "I'm so thankful for people like @scottjprusko and the whole @westboundcommunications team for trusting me with their vision on the @promisetotalk campaign."
Individuals can help Each Mind Matters and Promise to Talk by making a promise at PromiseToTalk.org, through @PromiseToTalk via Facebook or Twitter, or in person at Each Mind Matters events.
Gregory starred on B&B from 2010 to 2014. His other acting credits include 90210 and Winx Club, while he's listed as a cinematographer for Kids with Adult Problems and a producer for One of the Good Ones. To see more of his photography and marketing work, check out his website Shot by AG.
