Ashleigh Brewer, who played Ivy Forrester from 2014-2018 on the Bold and the Beautiful recently shared a big life update when she took to Instagram to reveal that she is getting married to film maker and studio executive Mark Bauch. Two photos of the happy couple smiling and sharing a kiss outdoors at Hampstead Heath in London were captioned, "The greatest human I've ever met wants to marry me!!! We're engaged!!! I love you beyond measure @mark_bauch." The groom-to-be shared the post on his stories, adding, "How did I get so lucky??? I love you _ashbrewer!!!"
Brewer's past co-stars were quick to send out their well wishes. Both Rena Sofa (ex-Quinn Fuller, B&B; Lois Cerullo, General Hospital) and Annika Noelle (Hope Logan, B&B) congratulated their friend, while Australian actress Saskia Hampele posted, "Yesssssss what a lucky fella!! Signing up to a lifetime of excellent platters, solid playlists and adventures galore. Congrats to you both. Miss ya xx"
Brewer is a native of Australia. Early in her career, she played Kate Ramsey on the popular Australian soap opera Neighbours before moving to B&B as Ivy Forrester. After leaving the CBS soap, she appeared on the television series Home and Away, and the television movies My Dinner with Hervé and Lovestruck. In 2020, she was in the short At the Edge of Night.
Brewer's fiancé, Bauch, was a producer on Into the Fire, Lost and Found, The Lost Forest, and Still Human. He also served as executive producer on The Two Popes and Into Dust. Since 2021, he's been the senior vice president of Imagine Entertainment's Feature Film Group. Previous to that, he was senior vice president of Imagine Television.
