It's been way too long since General Hospital fans saw Felicia Jones on their screens, but that's all about to change because portrayer Kristina Wagner shares that she is finally back in the character's shoes! And perhaps more importantly, Wagner is back on contract with the ABC soap.
The actress took to Twitter to announce that she will be returning to the GH set on Wednesday, December 1, to reprise the GH role she's been playing on-again, off-again since 1984.
"Tomorrow I head back to work on General Hospital!" Wagner posted. "Lucky me. I couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of that family once again. Here we go. More to come. Felicia Scorpio rides again."

The last time fans saw Felicia was during a special episode in May that paid tribute to John Reilly (ex-Sean Donely), who passed away in January. In Sean's honor, Felicia and Anna (Finola Hughes) finally put their differences behind them and made amends.
There's no word on what the GH writers have planned for Wagner's return, but after wrapping her first week back at the show, the actress teased on Instagram that she has "been thrown in the middle of a current storyline" and believes that "Felicia’s part in it gives it some color."
Of course, General Hospital has a lot of current storylines... but it seems likely that Felicia could get tied into the "Bailey"/Louise storyline. After all, Felicia is Maxie's mom.
And did you catch the very cool, nonchalant way that Wagner dropped the news that she is "on contract with General Hospital"? It's been nearly two decades since the actress was on contract with the show! Wagner celebrated her 35th anniversary on General Hospital in 2019.
This article has been updated to include Wagner discussing her first week back at work.
