CBS Daytime is pulling out all the stops in celebration of its official position as number one in the ratings for 30 years in a row. In addition to an exciting crossover event in which stars from The Bold and the Beautiful, The Young and the Restless, The Talk, The Price is Right, and Let's Make A Deal will be appearing on each other's shows, The Talk will be hosting a very special soap opera-themed episode featuring stars from soaps both past and present.
A rep for the network confirms that the CBS Daytime celebration episode that airs on Wednesday, October 12, will feature talent not just from Y&R and B&B but also from former CBS soaps Guiding Light and As the World Turns.
UPDATE:
Soap Central has confirmed that As the World Turns' Martha Byrne (Lily Snyder) and Colleen Zenk (Barbara Ryan) will appear on The Talk.
