Robin Christopher joined the cast of General Hospital in April 2001. In true Skye fashion, the unpredictable Skye breezed into the Quartermaine mansion, announcing to all of the Quartermaines that she was Alan's daughter. Prior to joining General Hospital, Robin portrayed Skye Chandler on One Life to Live, from August 1999 through April 2001, and on All My Children from 1987 to 1991.
Born and raised in Revere, Massachusetts, Robin turned down a scholarship to Boston University's School of Visual Arts to pursue an acting career in New York. While studying in Manhattan, she supported herself by modeling for various jewelry, catalog and makeup companies. She landed her first big role as All My Children's Skye Chandler, and is quite happy to have the chance to play her again.
Robin spent some time in Los Angeles, where she guest-starred on numerous pilots, sitcoms and dramas. She returned to New York to take the role of Lorna Devon on Another World, where she met her future husband, Matt Crane. The two eloped by their cottage in Nova Scotia.
Robin enjoys cooking, reading, painting and yoga. She and her husband, Matt, live in Los Angeles with their children.
