Actor Chris McKenna -- who won daytime fans over in his role as The Young and the Restless' Detective Mark Harding and later went on to play The Bold and the Beautiful's Dr. Hayden after it was revealed his Y&R alter ego was a killer -- is heading to primetime.
TV Line reports that the State of Affairs alum has joined NBC's Grimm as a "formidable and driven" "military-like" lieutenant named Grossante. McKenna is slated to appear in one episode of the supernatural drama but will probably appear in more, the outlet reports.
"Very excited to be joining the cast of @NBCGrimm," the actor tweeted of the news. "More details as I get em!"
